NEFT transfer from SBI account. This one took longer. Funds didn’t appear for 2 hours and 40 minutes. We messaged customer support at the 2-hour mark. They confirmed the transfer was processing and it appeared about 40 minutes later. Bank transfers just work slower. Not a platform issue.

Deposit 4: UPI (Rs. 2,000)

Final deposit to test consistency. UPI again through Google Pay. 22 seconds. Confirmed that UPI is the way to go for speed.

Bottom line: use UPI for deposits. Bank transfers work but you’ll wait hours. The minimum deposit of Rs. 100 is lower than most competitors we’ve tested, which is good for users who want to try the platform without committing a large amount.

Support quality is solid. Quick responses, accurate information, and all 5 issues were resolved. The weak point is late-night speed, but getting any response at 1:30 AM puts them ahead of most competitors that shut down after midnight.

Mobile Experience Review

We tested the platform on three setups: mobile browser, Android app, and desktop browser.

Mobile Browser (Chrome on Android)
